If contacts are stored inside the Exchange email database they will be copied. If after the migration you discover that some contacts are missing there are a few things we can do...
Please contact me if you are missing some and I will work with you individually to get them copied later.
HERE ARE SOME THINGS I WOULD TRY TO DO FOR YOU:
1. Google email allows you to IMPORT your contacts. Many parent email addresses are stored into PowerSchool and so creating a file to import will be simple - and I will help you.
2. If you have been using the MacMail (Stamp icon on the Apple Computers) - those contacts will NOT be copied. Since they are only stored on your local computer and not in the Exchange database I cannot migrate them. I can attempt to create a file to upload from it or.......
You can just open your old email and then begin the process of copy/paste each email as you need them.
For those of you that do not know how to copy and paste:
Highlight the email address you want to copy
Press the Command key and then the letter C at the same time and release
Open your gmail and create a new message or open the contacts
Put your mouse where you would like to paste the email address that you copied and
Press the Command key and then the letter V at the same time and release
All of our email, contacts, and calendar information will be copied from our current email program (Exchange) to Google (GMAIL). If after the migration you can't find a message then you will be able to login to the Exchange server by using the following link:
If you are trying to get to a bookmarked YouTube site it may not bring up the iBoss block screen.
All you have to do is go to a known site that is blocked such as facebook and get the block screen. Enter the iBoss login information and then leave the little window open behind what you are doing. If you close the window you will not have access.
