Introducing the Nevada City School District Pledge for Programs initiative! Pledge for Programs was born from the Community Forums and Site Council survey results that transpired last spring. Parents and attendees expressed a theme and passionate interest to help our schools, but want their monetary donations going toward targeted programs, not into a general fund. The top programs of interest included: foreign language, expeditionary learning, G.A.T.E. (Gifted and Talented Education), Healthy Kids (Wellness), technology and visual and performing arts. In response, NCSD will focus Pledge for Programs on these six efforts. Please see the program specific pages for more information.

How much can I pledge to Nevada City School District? There is no cap, and pledge gifts are 100% tax deductible as allowable by law. Pledges will not be collected until a program goal has been met.
